CEO Profile

中川倖成

代表取締役社長

As both a creator and talent, the CEO pursues a distinctive personal brand that fuses Lolita fashion lifestyle with institutional design. Active across multiple platforms including note, YouTube, and radio, while leading the development of the legal access support system "LexCard" and directing the "W100/50-Law" project. The CEO drives a business that combines creative activities rooted in Harajuku and Lolita culture with deep expertise in legislation and public administration.

Founder's Message

A world where everyone can live with the look they love, the feelings they choose, and the style that is truly theirs. The reason I created HIME is simple. If everyone could choose who they want to be — free from gender, free from age — there would be no reason to fight, no reason to compete. A world full of cuteness is, by itself, a peaceful one. HIME is the system built toward that world.

Work Culture

Business Areas

W100/50-Law Project

LexCard is developed as part of the "W100/50-Law" research, creative, and development project. Led by CEO 中川倖成, this project simultaneously pursues a comprehensive knowledge classification system and the restructuring of legal frameworks.

W100 Knowledge Classification

A proprietary knowledge classification system that encompasses 100 themes across 10 perspectives within 100 major categories. Designed as a foundation for learning, education, research, and practice where library classification systems (NDC) fall short, it enables cross-disciplinary knowledge organization spanning education, research, government, industry, and culture.

50-Law Project

A vision to reorganize Japan's 2,000+ laws into approximately 50 consolidated statutes. Structured across 8 domains: Constitution & Public Infrastructure, Civil & Economic, Criminal & Judicial, Administrative & Information & Regional, Labor & Welfare, Industry & Resources, Land & Transportation & Disaster Prevention, and Education & Culture & Environment & Diplomacy. LexCard is developed as the tool for browsing, editing, and validating these 50 consolidated laws.
